LG KS360 Mobiles

LG has completely aimed this gadget at the increasing teen population. The feature set in the LS KS360 has been entirely designed keeping them in mind. It also helps them in studying together with the help of a study group. You can also ask questions through messaging that you are not able to solve in a study group. In a regular mobile phone, sending messages to a group, all members at a time is nearly impossible. But not so, on this mobile phone, where dialing numbers is quite convenient with a 12 key digital keypad.

Abbreviations are also available on the KS360 for instant messaging apart from the irreplaceable emoticons. This phone can also be applied for the purposes of online messaging like on the various chat portals. Common examples of such acronyms are BFF for best friends forever and LOL for laugh out aloud. The sleek slider design of this phone also speaks about it. It is a child’s play to type words on the QWERTY pad. All the wordy people who have a penchant to express their heavy emotions in messages should go for this phone.

Smallest Laptop - Sony VAIO UX

NEW: Thinnest Laptop 2008 - Only 0.76 inch thick!!!

Check out the top 3 mini laptops (10 inch laptops) I recommend to my friends

GOOD NEWS: You can save $100 instantly on the world smallest laptop SONY VAIO® UX Series from the Sony's official web site today!

My previous laptop review was written mainly for the "serious" computer users. For those of you who dig the "coolest", "fanciest" gizmos outa there, here is a new toy:

This is got to be the smallest laptop available today - Sony VAIO UX. With a dimension of 5.91”×3.74”×1.50”, Sony VAIO UX is equipped with a 1.2 GHz Intel Mobile CPU, 512 MB DDR2 PC2-3200 400 MHz RAM and 32 GB Ultra ATA Hard Drive at 4200 RPM. Of course it comes with all of the network gadgets like blue tooth, wireless modem, etc. Sony VAIO UX combines the best features from mobile phones, PDA, and Laptop computers. For example, it has two built-in cameras! one on the back can be used as still photo camera and the one in the front can be used as a web camera. This laptop also has a stereo speaker built in! The sliding keyboard makes it slick and small. Oh, did I mention, it is a tablet PC? And it comes with USB 2.0, IEEE 1394 / Firewire, VGA and AV output! It has a slide-out keyboard! For normal typing, it's more than enough!

The battery is weight 1.2 lb which can last 3-5 hours and the Intel graphic media accelerator 950 supports maximum resolution of 1024 x 600. Yes, it is a PC which means it's attached with MS Windows XP Pro.

The above pictures show that the still-unannounced Nokia E71 will come with a white housing. The white will be on the sides, and on the keyboard. The rest of the phone seems to be of chrome colour to me. On the image on your right, the first phone is the E71.

More pictures and specifications after the break, as well as image capture samples.

Nokia Aeon

Everyone's going crazy over the iPhone ever since it was announced. It looks really cool and that new touch screen interface is what impresses me the most.

When it comes to mobile phones though, I'm really a Nokia kind of person. You could say I'm loyal to the brand now after using it so long. Because I'm no technology expert, my reasons for picking and sticking with Nokia were simple.

1) It was the first mobile phone that I ever owned.

2) Its interface was easy to use.

3) Compared to other phones, it's SMS interface was the easiest and fastest to use.

Reason 3 is the key reason for my preference for Nokia phones. I used a Motorola phone for a while and I tell you, their SMS interface sucked big time.

Anyway, I was surfing through Digg as usual and I found out about the new Nokia Aeon. And I must say, it looks damn good.

It's still a concept and undergoing research and development though, so there's nothing definite for now. But if it does get released, you can be sure I'll be getting one.

world top latest laptop

It seems that having a laptop stamped with an Italian sports car brand is the in-thing these days. Acer has been hanging around the pit-lane with Ferrari, and Asus has teamed up with Lamborghini to create the VX1. It comes in a choice of black or yellow trim - Lamborghini's corporate colors - although there's more to the VX1 than a cool paint job...

Acer's other team loyalty is AMD, so it's perhaps no surprise Asus has gone with Intel. The VX1 is a Centrino laptop. My review model came with a Core Duo T2500 processor clocked at 2GHz, although models with a Core 2 Duo processor will be available soon, Asus tells me. The chipset is the Intel 945PM, so there's no integrated graphics. Asus has gone for the Nvidia GeForce Go 7400 VX with 512MB of Turbo Cache, which is a souped up version of the GeForce Go 7400 but still far from a suitable solution for gaming on the move. This is rather disappointing considering the Lamborghini badge, and one would think that Asus would've fitted a more powerful graphics chip into the VX1.

The review model also came with 2GB of DDR 2 memory - which is more in line with what you would expect from a top of the range laptop - and a 160GB IDE hard drive. It's disappointing (again) that Asus hasn't gone for SATA here - the machine's chipset supports it - as this is quickly becoming the norm on new notebooks. The optical drive is a super-multi DVD writer which handles all the common formats and DVD-RAM. It's not the fastest drive out there and it's not, alas, a slot-load unit.

The optical drive is mounted on the left-hand side of the chassis alongside an ExpressCard 54 bay, a four-pin FireWire connector, an infra-red receiver and a standard VGA connector. There's no DVI or HDMI connector, which again is a shame on a machine so clearly targeting the performance end of the notebook market.
